Moving Down

You know the saying “moving up in the world”? Well in Blake’s case he is somewhat moving down, in his bed that is! Last night I laid Blake down to go to sleep and after a few minutes I went in to check on him and there he was setting up in his bed looking over the rails! It scared me knowing that he could fall right over the side if he decided to take a little bit better look. I got him out of his bed and told James that we needed to lower his mattress asap! He didn’t argue and went and got his drill to lower the mattress. I’m so happy about all the milestones that Blake has accomplished but sadden at the same time. He is growing up so fast and changing daily! I will post a video later of the Army Crawl! He can get anywhere he wants to go now but he just uses his arms to get there.
